Environment: Geographical environment, quiet amidst hustle and bustle, adjacent to Jinan CBD, making it very convenient for both commuting and leisure travel. Facilities: Bathroom, wet dry separation. In terms of public security, there are one card per floor, and cards on other floors cannot be swiped. This prevents the occurrence of sending out small cards or looking for ladies, which is very good. The concierge is also serious and responsible

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

Amazing Hotel! Definitely a must visit, this hotel is l super luxurious and the staff are very friendly and helpful, for foreigners this hotel is amazing there were absolutely no language problem as the staff are all fluent in English!

There is a bathtub, a terrace, a gym, a swimming pool, a hot spring bath in the pool changing room, billiards, table tennis, and a children's playground. Although it is small, young babies also like to play there. Hygiene: Generally speaking, it is quite clean. Environment: There is construction in the mountain view room in the morning, but it is not noisy when the door is closed. The sound insulation is good. A little confusing to get around the hotel... Two different elevators to go to the rooms and the ground floor... Pretty average hotel for 5 star ... No items in the mini bar in the room which is disappointing Most likely wouldn't stay here again ..

The environment here is good, with tall buildings everywhere, and some are still under construction, but they are still working late at night, which makes it hard for me to sleep peacefully. Other things are very good, and it is convenient to visit surrounding companies.

The hotel is built around the lake, with a good green environment. You can see Xueye Lake from every room. The front desk service is good, the swimming pool water temperature is comfortable, and the swimming pool security guard works seriously and patrols all the time.
