All I can say is that this hotel doesn't care about the so-called resident experience. I suggest you don't come here.

The ladies at the front desk are very gentle. There is a welcome service in the room, snacks, drinks and fruits are provided. The private bath room is relatively large, and the stay is quite comfortable. The quality of the buffet breakfast is also good, including salt and pepper shrimps, fat sausage noodles, freshly ground coffee...it's enough to fill you up! The only drawback is that the service of the housekeeping department needs to be improved. There is a soaking pool on the balcony. It is normal for people to walk around and there will be water on the ground. I asked the housekeeping department for a mop to mop it. Firstly, I was afraid that the child would fall, and secondly, I was afraid that the floor in the bedroom would be soaked. As a result, I mop the floor myself, and I have to be nagged by the aunt in the guest room. This is going too far. Have you ever seen a hotel guest mop the floor by himself?

After checking in, the front desk staff will guide and introduce the restaurants and hot springs. After checking out, they will also give you a souvenir, which feels very considerate. It's a new hotel, so the facilities are relatively new and the hygiene is very clean. The hot spring in the room has a large amount of water and is very comfortable with the fruit drinks and snacks provided by the hotel.
