This is a comfortable hotel with lovely staffs.

The hotel is located more suitable for self-drive tours, above the center of Karuizawa, driving from the city center is also quite convenient, now the parking lot is quite large, all the hotel service staff 10 points enthusiastic and courteous, met the evening receptionist although English communication skills are relatively weak, but He was 10% friendly and made us feel 10% at ease. The hotel room is relatively small, there is no view to speak of, at first there is a little smell, after turning on the air conditioner and air purifier for a while the situation improved. The hot spring, although not natural hot spring water, still has enough heat, unfortunately there is no sauna.
