Very clean and modernly furnished hotel. The hotel looks quite small from the outside but the family room is surprisingly big enough for my family of 5 although the living room is kinda small. Good location with 7-11 downstairs. Orange and Watsons are on the opp building. Very near to the Sunday market and Suria Sabah. About 15mins walk to the Philippine market and Todak Waterfront.

Good hotel. Clean and staff are friendly. Near to Suria mall, 7Eleven and breakfast lunch dinner is easy.

Our stay would have been much more comfortable if there were no red ants in the room. What's disappointing was the reception claimed that we brought the ants with us simply because we had brought fruits when in fact the ants were discovered upon us checking in as I saw a few on my bed when I placed my bag on it. They refused to allow us to change room because of the high occupancy. The hotel should have been more diligent in their housekeeping instead of accusing us and then supplying us with a can of spray to remedy the situation which the reception thought could fix the problem but ending up stinking the entire room for the whole evening. That created another problem since the windows couldn't be opened so we had to bear with the aerosol stench throughout the night.

If you prefer city center and convenience, this hotel is stone throw away from Suria Mall, Jalan Gaya night and morning market in the weekends and food places. Below and opposite the hotel have convenience stores, nearby has 2 clinics too 24 hours. New hotel, highly cost effective, clean bedsheet with water heater. TV only have 3 local channels. However room 306 had some smell, no room replacement due to fully occupied. Aircon is leaking water. Most rooms have windows facing inner courtyard as shown in picture, first night a bit unlucky next room snoring very loudly can be heard. Second night thankfully I had peaceful and restful night.

Stayed here twice and enjoyed my time for both. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk is very friendly and always very helpful. Close to the api api night market on weekends and the Sunday gaya street market. Would stay again!

We booked this place at the very last minute. It’s a simple hotel that equip sufficiently if you’re only staying a night. It’s located close to a laundromat, a few convenience stores and also eateries ;) will definitely recommend this place.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is new, was clean and beautiful. It's a short walk to the Jesselton Ferry Terminal and Suria Mall. However, finding parking can be challenging if you're driving.

Great location and close to plenty of food choices. Fuss free accommodation and is good for a short trip.
