As a birthday surprise for him, I wanted to book a hotel without telling him, and after considering various hotels, I finally decided on this one. I felt that the hospitality of the staff, including the receptionist, was wonderful. First, after making the reservation, we had a surprise meeting via email. I ordered balloons online and asked them to arrange for them to be delivered to the hotel the day before, which they happily agreed to and received them in a timely manner. On the day, I arrived earlier than the check-in time and left my overnight luggage and birthday present. I only asked for a present to be placed at the foot of the balloon, but the front desk staff was very thorough in confirming the plan, and I was very happy that they were able to help me with my anxiety about the surprise. Before making the reservation, I had read some negative reviews, so I thought I would share my thoughts on those as well. ① The bath stopper is loose, and even if it accumulates, it will drain automatically. A similar thing happened to me here, but when I adjusted the angle of the stopper, it started to collect properly, so I thought it was a problem on the guest's side. Ta. ② The size of the loungewear is too small. I had read several reviews about this, so I brought my loungewear with me on the day of the stay. Therefore, I have not picked up the loungewear and cannot confirm the size. Sandals were provided, but since I am a woman with large feet, I had a hard time putting them on, but there were disposable slippers in the closet near the entrance, so if you're like me, you can use those. I think there will be no problem if you use it. ③Breakfast was cold The side dishes were certainly not warm. However, we recognize that these side dishes can be eaten cold without any problems. The taste is also delicious. Foods like rice and miso soup that need to be warm to taste were warm. ④The desk where I eat breakfast is low.If anything, it is low. However, if this table is too high, I think it will spoil the view of the room. I like to enjoy the overall atmosphere of the room and relax, so this was much better than having an unnaturally high table. I think it's fine to be particular about the dining table at home, but I couldn't understand why people would be so stingy with a table at a hotel where they're only staying for a few nights. ⑤ The windows are big, but there are no curtains, so it's bright in the morning. ⑥ There's no TV, so I'm bored. Regarding these two things, first of all, the big windows and the lack of a TV are the characteristics of this hotel. A fantastic room with large windows and a feeling of openness. There is no TV on purpose so that you can forget about the floating world and enjoy the fantastical space. This is written on the hotel's website. It's probably your own problem that you didn't look into beforehand. Since there was no TV, I was able to enjoy the leisurely time and feel refreshed. Also, regarding curtains, we have curtains! Perhaps I overlooked it, but there is a button by the bedside to close the curtains. I think I should have asked the front desk if it was too bright. It was a really nice space.
