GGuest UserThis should be a relatively large boutique hotel. It just opened on National Day this year and is very new. The design of the whole hotel is very unique, especially the room, which is neither too small nor too large, just right, with all the supplies and equipment, but no desks and chairs. The breakfast is good, but I haven't tried the dinner. It is only a 5-minute walk from Exit C of Dameisha Subway Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and next to it is a large brand outlet. It is not far from the beach, and the location is very convenient, but there is no sea view.
The overall accommodation experience is very satisfactory. The only thing to note is that there are only two self-service washing machines and dryers. If you want to wash clothes, it is estimated that it will take time to wait on weekends and holidays.

MMrs.KH WangCelebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable.
I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

The 2 highlight of the hotel is the hotel front desk is very helpful and the location is very convenient, a lot of food options and shops in the area. The hotel is on top of a subway station, the hotel elevator bottom level is subway.

BBrett KhoCame here for the holiday weekend for a resort experience in the center of the city. The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area which is a wealthy neighborhood. The gym is great, and the amenities provided in the room are what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For $100 a night it is a good treat
The security guards at the swimming pool absolutely killed the experience. They are constantly watching and judging and yelling at you if you swim the wrong way. You cannot relax at all in the pool and I wish the hotel would fire all those *****. If you don't come to the swimming pool, you'll have a good time

GGuest UserThe hotel is not the most expensive hotel. For ¥399 you have a reasonable room. The bed is alright. For me, that’s the reason I changed to this hotel in the neighborhood (because of family nearby). But the overall look and feel is old, worn out, ready for renovation. The Wi-Fi is not always adequate. Maybe too many people using it at the same time? The rooms are reasonable soundproof. Just when people in the hallway is talking, you will hear everything.
