During our stay, we encountered a challenge with parcel delivery and were unsure about the process for returning a package. The hotel team went above and beyond to assist us. They not only helped us make a call to the appropriate office but also personally guided us to the delivery center, which was conveniently located just 300 meters from the hotel.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. The level of support and care from the staff truly enhances the experience, making it a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.

SSubash LHotel is located pretty near to Pudong Airport, making way to the airport fast and convenient.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes.
Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse).
If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin.
Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services.
Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

MMeikoHAfter experiencing the luxurious service and comfortable facilities of Senz Hotel, I can't help but give high praise to this hotel and their management team, as well as Yiko of the front desk.
Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.
Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality.
As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.
Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. I look forward to visiting Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant again to experience their excellent service and food again.

TThe Traveling WilburyI have stayed here before and it was great. This time it was not so great. The Front Desk charged me twice for my room. I pointed this out to the clerk with proof from my Alipay transactions that I had already paid the reservation deposit through Trip.com. Two clearks said the deposit for my room plus an additional 100rmb was still needed and would be refunded at the end of my stay. After checkout, sure enough only 100rmb was refunded. So I had paid for my room twice. An agent with Trip.com spotted this error and had the hotel refund one payment back to me. Thank you Trip.com.

A staff member helped me order take away for dinner which was delivered to my room within half an hour. She was very kind to place the order on my behalf since navigating the take away menu app in Chinese was too confusing for me.

Vickie, the beautiful receptionist, was very considerate. She not only upgraded my room, but also gave me fresh fruits and exquisite gifts, which made me feel the hotel's enthusiasm and sincerity. After the room upgrade, you can directly see the view of the Bund, and the environment is more comfortable, making this trip a better accommodation experience.
