KKISHORE KUMARHotel staff very helpful, English speaking staff only 1 or 2 , Mostly I use the Google Translate.who is vegetarian better find a way for your food other wise not a good option any of Chimelong hotel.they don’t have any vegetarian food in the ocean kingdom or the spaceship park .
In hotel you can have a good breakfast which we enjoyed a lot but for kids have to pay 98RMB (for 9 years old and 150 cm tall .
Other than the food we enjoyed a lot .

SSiu NinA peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable. 
They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner.
The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight
The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch
Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp.
They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom.
Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions.
Negatives
We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms.
The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service.
2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer.
A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........
3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests.
4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good.
5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food.....
6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

GGuest UserMorning Buffet was disappointed! No management at all,; coffee machine just only one turn-on another off. No food refilled when eating up ! two days stay even found the situation the same poor!
Other than that, I am happy to stay this hotel since it is value for money and nearby the the custom to Macau, fantastic really !

Location of this hotel is super convenient and when you can downstairs you can easily grab food because many restaurants are next to this hotel. Price of this hotel is affordable, service of this hotel is excellent too.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around.
But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it.
The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting!
We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was.
We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER.
No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either)
This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

The service is also very warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time. There is a parking lot where you can park for free. The location is also very good. There is a road in front of the hotel, and it is very close to Gongbei Port and the high-speed rail station. It is only a few minutes' walk away.
