TTrek29944745718I recently stayed at Vivanta Bhubaneswar with my elderly parents. I had booked a two-night stay from the USA and was connected with Padma, the travel desk manager. Padma was instrumental in helping me plan our visit to the Puri Temple, and he arranged special assistance for my father, who has difficulty walking without a stick. As it was not easy for me to trust a stranger with such important logistics, I was truly grateful to find someone reliable and caring to help ensure my parents could have a smooth and memorable darshan of Lord Jagannath. On November 11th, we visited the temple at 3 pm, and by 4:15 pm, we had completed a beautiful darshan. I sincerely appreciate Padma’s support and efforts in making this experience so smooth and enjoyable. I will certainly reach out to him again when planning my next family trip.

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Mayfair Lagoon hotel to our family and friends visiting Bhubaneswar.

The Trident Hotel in Bhubaneswar is truly a gem. This beautiful old hotel, set amidst sprawling, meticulously maintained lawns, offers a serene and luxurious retreat. From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The food was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. The attentive and friendly team ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. With its charming ambiance, great service, and excellent amenities, the Trident Hotel provides everything one could want in a stay. Cudos to the GM of the Property. Says a lot about the Management. GGuest UserI was a Solo Traveller and stayed for 2 days in a Dual Single Bedroom. The rooms were great and well decorated. The bathrooms were also clean and nice. The hotel staff were quite professional and helpful . The location most importantly was superb. All the good fancy places were in walking distance and you can easily find any mode of transport too.

The rooms are clean with regular housekeeping at 9am. Food is good. The choices are less but whatever is available, its tasty. I was provided with Complimentary TCM Set & Dental & shaving Kit Shower cap & Moisturizer . Also everyone are always available at the front desk which is is good for the hotel. Nearest to rasulgarh National Highway .I must say the staff is very good here. Always ready to serve you.
