KKWCA modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ～ 6 minutes.

GGuest UserThe nice appearance inside and outside the building is in other word of mouth, so there is little information about the bath 々. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

RREFTZ**Convenient Location**
First off, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to all the attractions, shops, and some great restaurants. I loved being able to explore the area without having to travel far.
**Easy and cheap Parking**
Another big plus was the cheap parking. It made my life so much easier, especially since I didn’t have to stress about finding a spot. It felt like a real bonus!
**Clean and Comfortable**
The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but it’s super clean and well-maintained. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Plus, the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect after a day out exploring.
**Diverse Atmosphere**
I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, including many travelers from abroad, which added a fun vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kobe! With its great location, free parking, and comfy rooms, it’s a lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city.

No aircon in winter. But there is window.
Bus stop right in front of hotel will bring you to kone sannomiya train station !

GGuest UserI went by car. The parking lot is opposite the multi-storey car park and the inn. It may be a little small if you go by large car. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. When I was sleeping early in the morning, I woke up with the loud sound of dropping the plate in preparation for breakfast. For breakfast, the squid sashimi was messed up, probably because I dropped the plate. He gave it to me without putting it in the envelope at check-out. Thank you very much. No word. I didn't help carry my luggage even though there were three people at the entrance. The family next door was helping me pretending to be unseeing. Older women have high customer service capabilities, and young women have the lowest customer service capabilities. I felt that tradition was obsolete in this way. Arima has other good inns. The inn that cannot be multiplied by hot springs, food and customer service is the worst. I was disappointed.

Jinsen is a thick hot water, and maintenance seems to be difficult everywhere. I look for an inn because the day trip hot water is already troublesome. Arima can be luxurious because the rich people of keihanshin gather. Is the inn of Kanpo one standard for cooking? When you look at the list page of the inn of the Arima Onsen Tourism Association HP, it is often displayed as ”one person travel OK”, but it does not appear in the HP plan of the inn. It is not understood considering the management of the inn. I want 2 food because the sashimi and pot materials on the table are not different. It is not old but not new. It is a building of the times, and it is convenient to be able to stay at the price for traveling alone. It seems that the management mother body will change from April. I hope it will be more convenient.

Mmanetantan Close to the nearest Oishi station and was like a residential area. I had to transfer to Koshien Stadium and Himeji. Only shower, but I think it is better for the main tourist than accommodation. There was a drag store next to it, and it was convenient to buy a little snack.
