RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

LLiuxinLYThere is a hot spring hotel of a certain age. The so-called mixed hot spring has clothes to wear, but there is no free ice cream. It seems that there is free coffee. Breakfast and dinner are Japanese style, and the ingredients are seasonal. The environment is very quiet, the courtyard is typical Japanese style, but it is a bit old. If you like traditional Japanese style, you will like it very much

KKa PouThe hotel facilities are very good, very new and clean. There is free ramen in the evening and it’s delicious! The location is far away from JR Matsue Station, about an 18-minute walk. It is not convenient to carry luggage. The hotel can only check in at 3 o'clock. I took my luggage with my friends and planned to store it first. When I arrived at the hotel, there was only one male receptionist with a straight face, and no one paid attention to him. There was no one else at the time. The guest had a disdainful attitude and was not very nice, so he deducted some points!

GGuest UserThe hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind!
The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant!
We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!
But she said she would be home by March next year!
The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup!
Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

YYolkieThe location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

BBrook YangToyoko is a highly standardized hotel chain.
Most of the sites are located within a ten-minute walk near JR stations.
When you enter this hotel, the room is very similar to the Toyoko where I stayed in other cities a few days ago.
It’s simply: a strange city, a familiar Toyoko!
Although there are no items like bathrobes and luggage racks in the room,
But there is free breakfast. Usually, an ordinary hotel breakfast in Japan costs about 70 yuan, so it is very reliable to bring breakfast.

GGuest UserThe location is the best because it is right next to the 7-Eleven convenience store at Matsue Station. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't use the public bath because the instructions for using it were not clear, and that I requested a buffet but it was replaced with a meal for one person, which was different from the initial introduction. Matsue Castle is close, 10 minutes away by bus, and I walked there.

This hotel offers a great stay, especially impressive with their artificial hot springs - the two-share soup. Comfortable and well equipped rooms are ideal places to relax after a long trip. The service staff are warm and friendly and always ready to help. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the transportation is convenient for me to attend meetings and explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Green RICH offers a high quality stay and I highly recommend it to travelers looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation options.
