GGuest UserOur stay was great like our previous stays, the service was excellent especially the front desk staff. The hotel as usual was very clean & the towels were all new or almost new. The only thing i can suggest are to change the light bulbs a little bit brighter & your complimentary slippers acbetter quality. Also ur water pitcher should have a cover. These are not expensive but will make your gursts happier. Thanks a lot😁

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was located around 15 mins from the buzzling Shinjuku area and was nearer to the commercial buildings which provided a quieter resting area away from the busy packed area. Room was big for Japan standard and service was great just that if you arrive during the changing of shifts, be prepared to wait. A downside would probably be the lack of washing machines and dryers (imagine only having 4 machines for the entire 30 off levels of rooms).

MMaY ChpThe hotel is clean, looks new and nice design too. Rooftop is the bonus as can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple clearly. Nice view. However, the location bit far from Asasuka station by walking. But if you walk through Nakamise street, you will find it interesting as lots things to shop and eat😉
A helpful staff during our check in as she went extra miles to assist us to call the parking lot management and enquired their charge rate. Sorry I’ve forgotten to ask her name.

AAnonymous Userstayed at the hotel for just 2 nights. it is okay for little days. location is walkable distance from train station and alot of things nearby. room is smaller than it looks but still managable for a family of 3. would come back here if it is a short stay.
service staff was amazing and had alot of free amenities for guests.
bathroom cleanliness was okay but on the last day noticed that there was seaweed floating in the bathtub and next day appeared at sink. didnt tell receiptionist as i figured we were leaving already and they will do a cleanup.
