AAN NEEThis service apartment is in Empire City. Newly opened. Location is good as near to Petaling Jaya and it is easy to get Grab. The waiting area is B3. The studio unit is complete for a short stay with a basic kitchenette. There is a fridge but it wasn't connected to a power socket so it was not usable. For toiletries, there is only shower gel and shampoo. The shower area is next to the toilet bowl & there is no partition to separate them. The shower pressure is good. The towel is clean. The whole place is clean. The mattress is comfortable although a bit stiff and the pillows are comfy too. One pillow per pax.
The whole place is full of high rise under development but it wasn't noisy. The building itself is 39 floors with 6 fast lifts. On Saturday, there was a crowd waiting for the lifts and the same when we checked out on Sunday. All 6 lifts serve all floors so those of us staying on the lower floors had to wait quite long to get a lift down during check out time. We had a few worried minutes when the lift wouldn't move down after it stopped at floor 5. Someone told us over the intercom to push the doors when they are closing so that the doors would be closed properly so two guys did that. The lift began moving down but due to the peak hour, it stopped at every floor & the two guys would have to help push the doors close every time as the doors were closing. This caused all us anxiety. I hope the management will look into the problems.
I was told to contact the customer care through WhatsApp if I need help but they aren't helpful. The services management company, Flash unfortunately is offering guests money rewards if they give 5-star reviews meaning there will be fake 5-star reviews.

Comfortable hotel stay and the Breakfast cafe was beautifully renovated. Still can recognize quite a number of old staff faces. Food quality is good. Short walking distance to mall. Super convenient. Will definitely choose back this hotel again …

A great hotel to stay to get away from the Bukit Bintang jams. Conveniently connected with 1Utama, which has all sorts of restaurants and shops.
Hotel generously placed 2 rooms side by side for our family.
Requested ice bucket to the room which came so quickly.
Negatives:
We stayed at room 2119 for 3D2N. When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet.
Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

PPaul Ting Sze ChernRoyal Chulan Damansara is an old hotel with spacious room, the hotel facilities are great, love the swimming pool for it's size and the beautiful view you get from the infinity wall side. The gym is also well equipped for a good work out. i love it that they have whatsapp conceirge/housekeeping line, which means we don't have to call and wait for someone to answer the phone and accede to our request, we just need to send a msg and they will respond and fulfill our needs asap. the breakfast has a good spread, the staff are always courteous and ready to go the extra mile. will totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in PJ, Malaysia.

KkuroheraStayed overnight for business purpose. Location is good and I like that it’s relatively quiet. Check in was easy, fast and pleasant. However, shortly after I had to go to my car and it was raining. There were staffs outside the hotel entrance that just stood there without asking whether I need umbrella or not. Sure the car is a short distance away but it’s always nice to ask rather than just standing and watching a guest being drenched by the rain.
Room was good and clean, some of the electrical outlets were a bit misaligned. There was a perpetual smell like damp cloth thruout the hallway, but none in the room. The blackout curtain is fantastic tho.
Breakfast; not too many option but they were tasty; except the beef cold cut it just doesn’t look fresh. And the seating arrangement was a bit cramped as well. Other than that I actually enjoyed the food.
Check out was again, a breeze.

GGuest UserRECOMENDED !! we are very satisfied with our booking. our weekend holiday spent well. they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room but we only stayed in the room we’ve booked because there were only three of us. the room was very clean and tidy. all the facilities were provided. the check-in process at the reception was also very fast and the staff there were very friendly. ALSO THE PRICE ARE VERY AFFORDABLE 🤍 surely will repeat again at here. thank you MANA MANA KAKI for your good assist.

NnovgalStayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating.
