The duty manager who handled my complaint was a young lady who seemed like a fresh graduate. While she was polite, she lacked the training and experience to manage such situations effectively. Her only response was to apologize. Since this is a new building, ongoing renovations in many units created constant noise. I was surprised that management allowed renovations even on weekends, starting as early as 9 a.m. Additionally, loud piped music played along the apartment corridors throughout the day. It was disruptive, especially in the early morning, making it difficult to rest. The repetitive music continued until late evening, giving the place the atmosphere of a low-end supermarket rather than a comfortable stay. I hope the management will conduct thorough wiring inspections before a guest suffers a fatal electrical shock from a faulty water heater.
