GGuest UserWe reserved for an overnight stay and here are some points good/average/not so good (I won't say bad because their hotel is new and tourism, hotels are just getting back on their feet from pandemic) The rates: 3,500 for a room What's in the room: 2 queen size bed 👍👍👍 Area is ample for the room 👍👍👍 The Furniture - one hanging desk for your personal stuff and can be used as desk for working using laptops But I think it's not yet fully completed because the outlet is not easily accessible (please provide grommet at the desk for outlet socket access) Kettle is plugged either on the side table or inside the bathroom lavatory counter. -No small fridge (which a 3,500 room rate should have) - Wardrobe open cabinet is nice - space for shoes is okay too! -one bedside table with drawer -rack for luggage -TV and heater (but ours was currently not working so 😩 nah for me) bathroom: a bit tight, shower should be located where the lavatory counter is, and lavatory counter should be at the location of the shower... With Bidet, trash in, tissue, big mirror, spacious lavatory counter, the glass partition should be check, purposed of preventing the water splashing all over the bathroom is not achieved. Please add robe hooks 😊 Complimentaries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and refillable pump shampoos and conditioner 👍👍👍👍👍 sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and 2 bottled water Cleanliness: 1 to 10. I give 8 ❤️. Amenities Pool, Cafe, open bar (the bar code) Wide parking spaces Spa and massage rooms Service Guards are polite and gives good assistance especially to pwd's My mom is well assisted. Crew: They are limited but so far needs extra effort when in greeting guests. The tone of greetings and smiling eyes are good impressions for guests. Service - we asked for the luggage cart and it took 20 mins to arrive when we are about to check out. We asked for extra pillow around 5:30pm and it was not provided, we left the room for dinner arrived 10pm And asked again for the pillow. 15mins then it was delivered. Food : complimentary breakfast Is good. With coffee too ❤️ We haven't ordered other in their menu So I can't rate much for the food. Ambience - nice and clean, Bravo! for the stairs, you will never get tiring going up nor down. Elevator is okay to!!! Overall - it's an average stay but with potential to be awesome. And probably next visit would be much better. Looking forward to PROXY BY the Oriental Hotel!!!

JJINGLONGThe hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos.
The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them.
There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple.
On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe.

NNato IgnacioThe front of the hotel is under going facelift, the hotel lobby looks good the restaurant is OK although, it was supposed to be a buffet BF but was reduced to plate service and no selection at all. The hotel room/shower was old but the room cleaners did good w the room, the airport driver was late coz the front desk never told him to pick up us at the airport but he did an excellent job and giving us local tour info.

FFulgencio PolThe place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

No single room can see the volcano on the back. There is a platform on the second floor to see the volcano, and an infinity pool to take beautiful photos

GGuest UserExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

YYUNThe hotel was a bit dumbfounded for the first time. The picture was tall and the actual was not so good, even the elevator did not. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, the same is true for hotels. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. The restaurant has waiters during the day, can see customers chat, drink tea and coffee. It is not recommended to eat cakes, because after three days, I found that the cakes on the first day were not sold out, and there was no new one. I was glad that I didn’t eat them on the first day.

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
