The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel: comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and a staff that goes out of its way to meet your every desire. Mr. shahzad qadir was especially helpful. Located in bustling, busy Gulberg, it is close to numerous restaurants and caftés with different cuisines.

Extremely dissatisfied with the management and staff, particularly Areeba. The staff is consistently uncooperative and constantly requests tips. The food quality is consistently poor, and there are frequent issues with a lack of water in the bathrooms and inadequate ventilation.

GGuest UserDespite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service.
Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

BBobbiThe room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

GGuest UserA cosy hotel with excellent facilities and central location . Everything is provided in the hotel with a big smile . It was a great experience staying in the hotel with fast internet service and a well laid out daily breakfast . The room service restaurant serves delicious food . Rooms are clean and big in size -the only downside was the towels are worn out and the hotel management must replace worn out towels with fresh new ones on regular basis . Need to than Usama and Numan at the front office for their assistance , to Saddam and Sabir in housekeeping for acceding to our requests for additional tea facilities etc and Amannat at the brekafast restaurant daily providing our specific food . A Big Thank You !
