GGuest UserNadie me dijo cómo registrarme, el ascensor no pudo detectar la tarjeta de acceso y no hubo orientación. No puedo encontrar a nadie para ayudar. El ambiente y las instalaciones son buenas, pero no son una buena experiencia. When checking in, the elevator cannot sense the door card, and there is no guidance. I can't find anyone to help. The environment and facilities are good, but these are not a good experience.

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are complete, and you are welcome to use water/wash towels, etc. The only drawback is that there is no small soap; the elevator item in the hotel's comprehensive facilities is a defect, giving people a sense of insecurity; breakfast/front desk service are all OK.

GGuest UserGood basic hotel in San Benito which is a very nice area. Close to couple of malls with many dining options. The hotel provides a basic breakfast and also cleans the room and changes towel every day. No coffee machine in the room but other than that all good. Good value for money. To historic centre, it’s a I’ll out a 20min Uber.

LLA WEBFESTI stayed at this hotel for six nights and found it to be in a very safe area. The building ifself was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

GGuest UserThe place was ok, small cute hote, the room was pretty decent, how ever I wish I could have had another chair.
The only little problem was when I ordered the breakfast, it took a bit more that 30 minutes to arrive to my table, I even had to come to the reception to ask why my breakfast was taking so long and they waiter told me that they didn' t hear the bell from the kitchen which indicated that my food was ready, apart from that, I like it.
Price is very accesible, the place is in a very quite location, so there no too much traffic neither noise.
