CClayThe Somerset in Pattaya is near perfect. Guest services receptionist Ms. Kartoon was very helpful and courteous as she upgraded my room to one bedroom one living room which to my pleasant surprise even included a washing machine, full sized refrigerator and cooking stove which we did not use since the location is so good across the street from Central shopping mall convenient to everything, walking distance to Big C Marina to the north and Royal Garden mall to the south. For the money Somerset is very reasonable and worth every dollar. The lobby is beautifully adorned. All the staff are very polite. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Pattaya.

GGuest UserAn amazing experience from Day 1. We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

Chambre très agréable avec vue sur piscine... légèrement plus chère que celles avec vue sur la rue qui sont moins grandes et moins bien équipées...donc je recommande vue piscine
Établissement qui vraiment offre un très bon compromis rapport qualité prix...
Seul défaut peut être un peu loin de Pattaya l'endiablee mais moi ça m'arrange... C'est calme et on est dans la vraie vie

GGuest UserThere was a renovation at the main water park but that’s ok because we have free tickets for skywalk. The renovated room was great and better than previous version. So that will be perfect after renovation finishes in the future!

TTrovon AnkiahThe hotel rooms are big. The pool is beautiful. And the breakfast is good. There's also an ice cream machine so you can have ice cream for breakfast.
The rooms come standard with everything except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only thing I would like improved is for the shower water to be a little hotter. Its not bad, but I prefer steamy hot.
The location is not too bad but it's a little walk to shops or restaurants. And it's about 20 minutes walk to Soi Bukhao

GGuest UserGood value for money hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, good size swimming pool and staff were always helpful and friendly. WiFi worked without fault for duration of 14 night stay. Hotel has a lot of potential, and could be so much more with money spent. It was very dated, with new decor and lick of paint here and there, especially in reception area and around pool it could be so much more. I guess the very reasonable room rates reflect this though. Excellent location on 2nd road opposite soi 8. On the baht bus route and only couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would stop here again should I return to pattaya

Rrodreed2014The most terrible experience at this hotel I arrived at privi hotel after booking 24 hours ahead The hotel receptionist was looking stressed and shouting at staff They told me the hotel was full and no room available As I tried to explain and show my booking 2 members of staff turned there back to me as I was speaking to them politly and refused to acknowledge me. More parties arrived looking for a room and things escalated 2 members of staff Started to shout and swear at the top of there voices and then quit there jobs Exclaiming that the manager was crazy I was asked sit and wait for 3 hours at reception After a long wait I was given a room It was a room that was locked off because it needed repairs It was filthy there was 30mm of water in the bath room from leaking toilet The room stank the phone and tv were broke and door would not lock properly I was made to stay in this room for a few nights over new year including new years eve I asked for a refund I would have rather slept on the beach I was told to speak to agoda for a refund They would not let use there phone to call agoda I was moved to a normal room few days later which was also stank of smoke I requested non smoking The hotel didn't even offer an apology never mind any sort of compensation I was appalled This was my single worst hotel experience ever I walked out I was not offered a refund for the days lost

GGuest UserОтвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!
