RRonMexico69Hilton loyalist with hundreds of stays over the past decade. Stayed here on business. The property is centrally located among a wide variety of restaurants and touristy things to do. The breakfast offered is superior to a standard Hampton breakfast, just nicer touches. What I most appreciated was how great the staff was. When I checked in, I was helped by a young man named Savion, who welcomed me warmly and patiently answered my many questions. Truly thoughtful, I also had a particular request about my room, one that I've asked for many times - but Savion genuinely thought about what I asked and actually was able to to accommodate me. Another young lady with glasses the next night was quick to help get me more hot water when the dispenser ran out, even though I was interrupting her dinner. She did her job, but the difference was that she did it with good cheer. Not always guaranteed these days. The staff was consistently friendly, including the breakfast crew. The rooms themselves have some wear and tear, but the beds seem clean and plenty of space in the room. Internet seems fine. Parking may or may not be a pain.

Firstly The Staff, everyone was so accommodating, welcoming and If I asked for anything it was done with a smile and maximum efficiency. The housekeeping staff made me feel as if I was at a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness was top notch. Round the clock coffee, bottled water and tea. Evening snacks and beverages where a definite plus. The fountain and patio seating area was beautifully kept and clean. Proximity to all the downtown restaurants, bars and local attractions was a big plus as well. Huge shout out to the GM Mike and the night manager Justin for making our trip memorable and their recommendations were always accepted and enjoyed our stay so much more due to the local knowledge. Thanks again guys!!!!! See y’all soon!!!

GGuest UserOur arrival and check-in with Lou Gomez, the On Dury Manager, was exceptional. Lou offered that service with a smile and was eager to please. It was downhill from there! No more service with a smile from any more employees. We had to initiate every greeting! Breakfast was only from 6 to 9 am on the weekdays, and you get an extra half hour on Saturdays and Sundays. But don't expect any food. We asked about muffins on Sunday morning, and the employee who would have rather been elsewhere answered with a stern “NO” when we asked if they had more muffins. And, be sure to bring your own bananas because they “go bad” at this hotel. And, don’t expect coffee! It’s tasteless and makes you believe you are just drinking hot water. We stayed four nights, and the rate increased each night. We didn't receive good value for our dollars. The air conditioning unit blows over the bed making sleeping uncomfortable. We set up the ironing board in front of the unit and covered it with a blanket, and tented it with pillows to divert the air upward. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke up with back aches each morning. No duvets on the bed, and they only provide one lightweight blanket. You may ask for more. We Diamond members will never return to this location.

TtallyshellyThis was our first day at the Hyatt and our first trip to Pensacola as we were evacuating for a hurricane. It was such a stressful event but from the moment we arrived at the Hyatt every single staff member was so helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean everything at the hotel was taken care of and we were traveling with pets so that was a big bonus for us. I couldn't recommend them more. Great job Hyatt

We used the gym and pool which was great and breakfast was tasty with options of fresh fruit, Yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage and waffles etc. We enjoyed our stay however the lack of attention to detail on the rooms cleanliness was not 100% could have done with a good dust and the room smelled of cigarette smoke so needs a deep clean. The smell stayed on our clothes and could smell it when we arrived at the next hotel

HHpsgffemtThe check in staff were very friendly. The property looked well kept. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled fresh. Our room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Our bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. They do set up a grab and go mini-breakfast bar in the morning that has coffee, tea and granola type bars. The only problem we had was the room had no hair dryer and the front desk had none to loan out. We would stay here again.

TTwinkles SOk I have stayed here twice so far on my trip from Tampa to Arkansas to see Fam and LOVE them here! The hotel is an old building and needs work, they're aware and actively doing things about it. I have worked at hotels so I kind of know the process on these things. It's slow, the owners never wanna come off for repairs over profits but with enough complaints it will get fixed. There are no working elevators so if you are handicapped make sure to let them know at reservations! I forgot to the first time but the second time the hotel clerk (oh why do I forget this ladies name but she is the sweetest!) remembered me and put me on a 1st floor with sliding back doors to the room. I was able to park right outside of my room and toss my bags in from the car! The rooms are SO clean! The housekeepers are back breakers here! Smelled amazing too! This is a great budget find, I just hope the owners get on those repairs so they can actually up their rating!
