The location is good. Rooms are old but big and not clean. they don't clean room everyday and comes at 4pm to clean when baby was sleeping.
the frontdesk staffs are rude and racist. you cannot ask them a simple question. they will call you names and keep you waiting for no reason.
breakfast is average, not a full continental breakfast, but okay.
the swimming pool is small, my houses pool is 5 times bigger than this. and the water was not clean.
overall it was a bad experience. not worth the 500rm I paid for 2 nights. being a 2star wouldn't have expected much, but their racism and rudeness was beyond expectation

If you are looking for a hotel close to the beach.. Malibest is one of the best options. Deluxe family room on the 3rd floor can see the beauty of the sea. Cleanliness in the room is ok. The staff service is also good. The only problem is that the parking lot is quite limited, but the staff who take care of the parking lot are very helpful. Nearby places to eat.. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Malibest and will come again.

First time went to malibest were 2018. On 2018 malibest were great! Came back on 2025, alot of things has changed and it were greater than before! Its good!
