When I came to pick up the cake the next morning, it was frozen when I took it out. The cake was frozen into ice cubes and had to be thrown away. It was really speechless about the guy who deposited the cake yesterday... The mood of going out to play was almost ruined. The service quality of the staff of this Hilton really needs to be improved. It is strongly not recommended! I will never book this Hilton again!
