As someone with extensive experience in visiting hotels of various classifications worldwide, I must say this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve encountered. Despite its four-star rating, the quality of services and cleanliness fell far below expectations. The buffet lacked diversity and quality, failing to meet the standards expected by guests. What was even more disheartening was the evident disparity in treatment between guests of different nationalities, with Algerians being subjected to noticeably inferior standards. Such unprofessional conduct is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly urge the management to reconsider its policies and make significant improvements to regain the trust of its clientele. This is a place I wouldn’t revisit, nor would I recommend it to others."
