Good hotel, with good breakfast

I came to Milan for a trip with my friends before continuing my university studies. Since we didn't really care about the hotel we stayed in, we chose this one, which I have to say was really good. Good especially for the price because in Milan the prices are known to be very high. However, the rooms were clean and tidy, in our case it was a multiple room with about 5 beds and a bathroom. The structure is not that of a luxury hotel but it is well kept. If I were to make another trip to Milan I would probably choose this one.

I slept very well, friendly staff, very clean and cheap, it is next to the main road you can hear a few cars, but with earplugs you can't hear anything, I recommend it also because they have very reasonable prices, breakfast included, TV wifi, it seems like an excellent hotel to spend a few nights

Terrible experience. I needed to change dates of accommodation (with a distance of months from the date that I wanted to change) and even though their website gave me everything available for the entire month in which I needed to change the date, they refused every change of date. I wrote messages and they never responded. I was careless enough not to foresee a possible refund, but surely the hotel wanted to be smart and not change the date on purpose even if booking offers it as a possibility. I did not receive any response even when I asked on which date they had availability to make a change. Really terrible

Very easy hotel...no praise, non-existent staff at check-in I found an Asian who in my opinion didn't even know his job, he immediately asked me for the tourist tax like that without a word... Meh... Okay, he gave me the cabin card telling me the number... Without telling me where the room was, I mean I have to imagine where the room could be... Meh... The rest of the room was average, sheets not too clean.

Excellent quality of service and friendliness of the staff who always try to meet customers' needs. Located in an excellent area of ​​Milan, it offers beautiful rooms at very affordable prices. Very recommendable for family visits or for work!!!
