Hotel is new and modern. The lobby looks great with big windows and the night view is nice. But this is probably the only good part in my opinion. In the room, the setting of the bed is strange because the pillows basically are put on the raised surface of the timber. Not recommended for children coz what if the children lie down on the pillow without being so careful? very easy to bump the head and if worse, got hurt. And one side of the wall in the room is like got dark ink, forgive me if i'm not very artistic. Overall, it was not a good choice in our whole trip. As a regular traveler with a young kid, i figured hotels not managed by big cooperation have problems like this: not very considerate.

Excellent hotel overall in terms of design, functionality of the room as it is very new. Sufficient space to move around as well as usb and electrical ports for charging mobile devices. Was however disappointed that the hotel staff said a 50 yen charge was applicable for additional Green Tea sachets requested in addition to what was provided in the room. Overall value for money hotel and would stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, only 5 minutes walk to the station and it is central area and convenient to shopping centres. The hotel is a bit old, and the room is a little smell. The service of hotel is excellent and it is very comfortable.

Amazing hotel not too far from Nagoya Station for the airport Meitetsu Train, accessible to food, shops and convenience stores by foot for a short-walking distance only. 💯 recommend it. It also has a superb wedding venue with a nice traditional chapel/cathedral. Come visit Nagoya & stay at The Strings!

Front desk: Friendly and professional service, very helpful. Room: The facilities are indeed old, but clean and tidy, with a lot of supplies and high convenience. Deposit: No deposit required, just like in China, convenient! Surroundings: Close to Jinshan Station, convenient to go anywhere, and saves time to go to the subway. Excellent sound insulation, very quiet.
