It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

room size reasonable. 24hr free coffee is good hotel provide free drink between 5-8pm is good but sometimes a bit crowded breakfast a area is very congested during breakfast hour. very poor wifi in the room too bad the onsen bath is not open in the morning

Let me just start off by saying the rooms have a shower toilet. You have to pay for towels at this hotel. An extra $100 per towel. It’s crowded for breakfast, despite the food being disgusting. The room was okay. Bed was comfortable. Happy hour includes one glass of liquor.

Is quiet place but inconvenience to get food nearby especially local food.

Great location to stay at connects pretty well to Nagoya city, easily accessible from Chubu airport. Space was great especially for a solo traveller, towels changed everyday which is very much appreciated. Would stay again.

Surprisingly this hotel is more than my expectation, connection room is good, double bed has space enough & comfort, nice tower view, the breakfast did not have offer many choices but enough for the 1st meal in the morning. Transportation is very near from the metro station. Overall is clean and tidy hotel.

Tha hotel is ok, but a little bit far from main station. Hidayah Odori garden justru ini front of the hotel, it's easy to find food, the subway around 200 m

Very strategic location. About 5 mins walk from station and right across the hisayaodori park. Didnt manage to try the breakfast though as it ends pretty earlier at 930am. Public bath is available for guest.

The hotel was great, offering a complimentary drink during happy hour and free breakfast. However, during Golden Week, there were too many guests and I couldn't find a seat even when I went to the breakfast area at 6:30am. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer a takeaway option during busy times. Although I had requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, I was given a smoking room, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff were professional and friendly, with good English proficiency. I would recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Good Location

The location is easy to find, clean, breakfast is OK, not far from the subway, very close to the Chubu Tower, convenient for eating nearby, good service attitude, and it is OK to go to Nagoya Castle.

The room is spacious enough to spread out a large suitcase. The water flows strongly and is satisfying to shower. The staff is normal, but we booked 3 rooms. The staff checked in 2 rooms. We had to inform them again to complain. The restaurant is small and narrow, but the food is good enough to eat. There are family rooms on both sides.

The environment is good and it is very convenient to take a car and eat!
