The hotel room I eventually got upgradeed to was good and I enjoyed my stay. However, I am totally disappointed but the misleading marketing of Trip.com which landed me with a dated style serviced apartment that look like the 80's. I walked out immidiately. Shame on Trip.com for the misleading advertisment. I actually paid the same price as the hotel room buy was given a downgraded serviced apartment totally different from the Zen looking hotel room. The hotel manager was kind enough to give me a complimentary upgrade to their standard zen styled hotel room. Location was good as lots of food choices. There is a nice speakeasy bar in the annex building, look for the pet shop with kittens.

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, business-like ambience, state of the art service. Location is ok. It's right next to the Pioneer Library, a very famous art library and is also within 30 minutes or so to other cool places like a water park, the Nanjing City Wall, Nanjing Eye (a bridge). Not many restaurant options nearby but the hotel foods is pretty good. There's a Japanese restaurant nearby and an Italian one called La Mia Casa is worth a visit. Very good hotel overall. No complaints except for costly dinner (148 RMB per person per buffet meal).

This stay was very satisfying. The hotel's service attitude was particularly good. The staff always maintained a friendly smile. Xiao Liang and Xiao Ding at the front desk were very friendly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. There was also a self-service laundry room. The aromatherapy on the floor and in the room smelled great. Recommended to all friends. Nanjing people are really great!

It was a very satisfying trip. I traveled with my parents. The front desk staff Xiao Wu saw that we had a lot of luggage and took the initiative to help us with the luggage. I was very touched. When checking in, the front desk receptionist introduced us to the family suite. Considering that we were traveling with the elderly, she increased the price to upgrade the parent-child room. She took the initiative to add us on WeChat and said that we could tell them if we had any needs during our stay. She also recommended local travel guides and food guides for our reference. The auntie on the floor also took the initiative to say hello when she saw us. She was very polite. The hotel's self-service laundry room is also very convenient and has a dryer. When we checked out, she also gave us a small gift. Seeing that we had too much luggage, she helped us take the luggage to the taxi. In short, it was a very happy journey. Thanks again to all the service staff of the hotel!

In terms of hygiene, it is clean and refreshing. Xiaomi, the customer service staff at the front desk, has a very good service attitude. He will ask us if we need hot water and if the room needs to be cleaned if we extend our stay. This is more considerate. The weather is getting colder, but people are warm. The facilities are complete, and it would be better if the room space were larger. Overall, I am quite satisfied, not bad.
