It was unhygienic and old building with the most rude receptionist I met in my whole life.

Decent location, room wasn’t the cleanest with some sticky stains on the wall. But you get what you pay for and not terrible.

I made a mistake with the date, the hotel did not want to reimburse me, even though I had just made the reservation, so I changed hotels for the correct date, this is unacceptable.

The tram station is just a few minutes away, providing excellent access to the center of Nice. There is a large supermarket in the back and there is no problem in procuring food. Self-cooking utensils are fully equipped for apartment system. It's a pity that the hair dryer in the room was broken and couldn't be used.

Overall, it was okay, except that the room was close to the roadside, and the tram downstairs kept dinging, which somewhat affected my rest.

The transportation is convenient, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. There are simple kitchen supplies in the apartment, so there are stoves, refrigerators and microwave ovens, simple kitchen utensils, dishes, knives, forks, wine glasses, etc. Room size is acceptable. The bathroom space is also moderate. Towels and toiletries are provided. Special luggage storage service. Front desk service is good.
