This was the perfect place to stay! It is centrally located. The kids loved the bunkbeds. The entire hotel is clean and orderly including the rooms. It rained while we were there so the pool kept the kids happy. The breakfast had something for everyone (I am vegan). The service was 5 star as well. No complaints at all!

The hotel is in a very good location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. Opposite the hotel is the old town, which is very beautiful and has a Chinese restaurant.

The hotel is between the Opera House and the train station, just across the street from the old city. It also has an underground parking lot, which is charged separately. If you want to go to the attractions, you can reach the Craftsman Square not far across the road. The ancient city of Nuremberg is not big either. Walking down is no problem. It is very convenient to calculate entry and exit by looking at the location. The hotel room facilities are neither new nor old. The room is quite big, the bed is quite comfortable, and the front desk is also very welcoming. However, I still encountered some minor problems here, such as blocked sewers. I asked someone to repair it but it was not fixed. Later, the front desk replaced it. After getting the room, this process made me feel that the hotel staff did not seem to be enough. I stayed for two nights and it went relatively smoothly afterwards.

It was a 3-minute walk from Central Station and close to the subway station, so it was convenient.
The room was new, clean and functional.
The staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast, offering advice on how to use the equipment, such as making fresh juice and waffles.

Stay away from this hotel and you will be unfortunate. During the exhibition, hotel prices skyrocketed, requiring bookings for four consecutive days to get a room. So I booked a suite for 4 nights. On the first day I checked in, I was told that there was no suite and I could only change to a family room (the kind with bunk beds). The price that day was about 4k. The front desk also said that there was no price difference between the two room types. After checking in, I called the front desk guy to ask for slippers. He said that the hotel did not have room service. If you wanted slippers, you could go downstairs and get them yourself. So I went downstairs to get some slippers, and asked if there was any face tissue. The guy said we didn't have any of it. Don't tell me that slippers and paper towels are not standard in European hotel rooms. They are delivered even if you don't call. The next day I honestly moved to the Sheraton next door, and the service was in place. Just think of it as paying for your own damn curiosity. scandic never seen again.
