Great stay, felt super relaxed. Pool was so clean. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again super soon.

I found out via email after I had already arrived at the accommodation that the room I initially contracted for was unfortunately not ready. The manager gave me another room. It was quiet and had its own charm, like an independent apartment. (I wish they worked harder on cleanliness. But I received too many additional services there. The manager picked me up as I had to go to the travel service by 4 a.m. to see the Banjabo sunrise. Luggage storage service was also provided for about 4 hours. Although the accommodation was far away, I was able to explore Pai by bike. It was a very nice and warm trip.

The store's service attitude is very good, and the spoken English pronunciation is also very standard. The overall environment of the hotel is good, but the disadvantage is that the facilities are a bit outdated, the room we booked was also wrong, and the pick-up service written on Ctrip was also told that there is no more. However, Ctrip is great and offered to help provide free taxis. It's a bit far from the center of the town, you need to call a taxi, but the store will be eager to help you call a taxi

The hotel seems to be run by 3 smiling teenagers who can hardly put a sentence together in English which makes it rather hard to communicate. The first room we were offered was awful - just as plain as can be. After much cajoling, they put us in another room which was slightly better. Not great hot water. No housekeeping service. You have to ask for new towels. The restaurant is sort of a mystery. Limited menu. The pool and views are nice. Its a walk into town and not a very nice one. There are surely better options in Pai.

The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. The resort with the nice garden situated 1.5 km from the walking street is very peaceful even in the time of festivals. Big clean swimmingpool and terrase, coffeebar, good fruit juices, the Coffee Pi Ju in the same garden with very good cakes. The houses and rooms are big and comfortable.
