The hotel is super convenient! Right next to train station and multiple metro stations and crepes cafe as well. I was able to store my luggage for a day. And the hotel has lift access I would recommend this for solo traveler

Most terrible experience I have had. They charged full and AC wasn’t working and the manager was so rude that he asked us to sleep without the AC. Outside temperature was 30 degrees and they had no AC working. Absolutely rude staff and cheated us completely..

I am disappointed with Paris metro. We purchased week pass and when next day went to the subway station they took our passes and said why you did not put photo on the pass. When we purchased the agent at the kiosk did not inform us. The next day at the same station their agent very rudely and aggressively told us that we have to pay fine for 35 euros per person and forced us to pay. They behaved Extremely rude and aggressive even towards my elderly mother. They took her Id and were confiscating it. I dont understand why they were threatening us when we have not done anything wrong. They were Extremely abusive. My two children were crying. I think they should be put in jail for their rudeness and extremely violent behaviour towards elderly and children. My family will never come back to Paris!

It‘s small hotel mostly renovated. It’s situated vis-à-vis to the Montparnasse Tower. So the location is quite central. The negative aspects: The rooms are tiny. The bathroom especially the toilet wasn’t clean. The breakfast is totally basic and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s cheaper and has more flair to go to one of the cafe’s or boulangeries around the corner. A absolutely basic hotel which is Paris-like overpriced.

Be careful with their cancellation system, I canceled a reservation with the reservation code and pin code provided but it must not have worked. My error or system failure? Keep a screenshot of your cancellation as proof because the director is convinced of my good faith but still applies the penalty. I found myself charged for the amount for the night. Dear Parisian weekend, especially since I was in Paris that night in another hotel closer to my centers of interest. Welcoming and available staff, spacious and clean room. Bathroom slightly set back, a little dated. Simple but very good breakfast. Special mention for the fresh bread! Small downside regarding noise pollution, due to the hotel's position on the boulevard. I'll be back !

insatisfaction concernant ma récente réservation à l'hôtel Montparnasse Saint-Germain pour la nuit du 2 au 3 août. J'ai réglé un montant de 146 € plus une taxe de séjour de 5€20 pour être finalement relogé à l'Hôtel Terminus, une expérience loin de mes attentes initiales. Le bruit du métro et la climatisation à plein régime ont grandement altéré mon confort. En conséquence, je sollicite un remboursement pour cette situation inattendue. Il est essentiel de souligner que le prix du terminus est de 88 € par nuit et non de 146€ Je suis déçu par le manque de suivi de la part de l'hôtel St Germain. Malgré les promesses de remboursement, je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle de votre part. C'est extrêmement frustrant. J'espérais une meilleure communication et une résolution rapide de ce problème. J'attends avec impatience votre retour et des explications sur cette situation !
