Kabayan Hotel Pasay Reviews

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

Nice and very accessible place to stay, but room was not in full set up when we arrived. But they fix after I call he reception. Friendly and Accommodating staff.

sa toilet lang ang tissue paper, slippers are not disposable. yung aircon din old na. sa picture ng binook na room my electric kettle pero sa actual wala po. aside from that ok naman.

If not for the commendable effort the staff have shown will have rated 2 stars and below. Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

The photo of the rooms in the hotel does not match the reality. Dirty, everything is old, stinks. Located in the worst neighbourhood ... no soundproofing. Had a disco until 11:00 pm that in the room even the TV was not heard. Please don’t go there!! They need full renovation of the hotel. In the twin room one bed was without pillows and bedding.

Room location is ok. Its a bit far from the elevator and the Internet inside the room is a bit slow. I need to put my phone close to the door about 2 to 3 meters. Because i got only 1 - 2 bars of signal when i'm lying down on my bed.

Very relaxing place to stay. 12flr is very quiet. The place is clean and has a nice WiFi connection where in you can watch videos in smart TV.☺️🥰

When we arrived, we had no reservations and the receptionist was very approachable to assist us and even allowed us to book through a booking app first to get some better offers. Then, when we were able to book a double standard room, they gave us a superior room because it was our first time to stay at the hotel. Not to mention that we already had a small discount for being first-timers. Truly, there were no regrets. The room was clean, with a nice view. The shower heater and the ACU were working well. Also, a job well done for being responsive to our call for assistance for Netflix services. Because of these, we will be coming back this December. Thank you and more power!

I stay here many times already i also recommend this to my friends but i was little bit disappointed in my atay this time the room is really not good and the double lock is broken the toilet is noisy because of the water coming from the toilet bowl..

We were hesitant at first to book here because of location but booked anyway. The hotel is nice. You can also leave your luggage for free while waiting to leave for your flight schedule. You won't be late going to airport if you manage your time accordingly. Great stay affordable with breakfast.
