Older hotel but well maintained, clean, efficient service, convenient location to Terminal 21, Marina Centre, North Patraya Bus station , good gym, good breakfast with individual tea bags (!!) Big pool in the middle courtyard. Room is well insulated, with strong hot water, cold AC, big fridge, plenty of storage space, very limited TV program and poor satellite reception. Mattress is too soft for my back support. Overall satisfactory stay.

First we stay little bit longer. But hotel allows **** i think, **** smells everywhere which i dont like about. Would recommend book the pool side room other room is far from pool. Room is old fashioned building and light is very slow. Staffs are very helpful and very kind. In the night there are so many noises because room balcony is not noise cancelation, if you lightsleeping person would not recomm. Breakfast was amazing good. 👍🏻👍🏻

Friendly staff. The room was a bit dated, When opening and closing, the bathroom door made a loud, strong noise. The air conditioner was old and not very clean. However, the swimming pool was nice.

The hotel was not as good as it looked in the pictures. The service was not great, and the staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I asked them to keep my bag after checkout, assuming they would do so as a matter of course, but they refused, which was surprising. The location is not convenient. Other than the Walking Street area, there’s nowhere to go nearby, so I had to rely on transportation every time, which made taxi fares add up. I wish I had chosen a different hotel. The provided body soap was of poor quality and felt cheap.

We booked this hotel as our normal go to was full. It was a pleasant suprise. Staff are helpful, rooms a good size. Nice swimming pool and a large buffet breakfast. Close to terminal 21 shopping centre

Fantastic location with easy access to beach about 1km away. Parking is easily available. Hotel is next to the main road, hence some noise can be heard until late at night. Hotel is a little run down and requires some maintenance and renovation. Service was fine with breakfast provided. Until it improves, i won't come again.

Great Hotel for family holiday Good breakfast and staff service is five stars swimming pool is good size. We will be back again next year and next time.

Facilities and building are old, toilet is suck ! Not really recommend it

Good hotel. Bit far away from anything to walk to anything. Hotel handy to Shopping centre. Good pool.

Kindly staff room clean but pool not clean may be renovated now. Near hotel good restaurant KOREA barbeque it's good.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would gladly stay here
