I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

The hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired. Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible. Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.

My 1st time to Pekanbaru from Malaysia, honestly, this hotel is really great. Strategic location, nice breakfast. Very clean & comfortable room, friendly staff. The hotel is not far from the airport & also in the tourist area. Easy to go anywhere, next to Pekanbaru mall / often crowded, just walking distance, lots of food stalls too. Suitable for food hunters. Suitable for family vacations. Will definitely come back here later. Highly recommended for tourists from other countries.
