Very good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.
Thank you and I will come back again

We went as 3 families ,great hotel nice clean and cosy . Food choice good but sweets are super artificial flavours… too sweet . Rooms are great . Location from airport great , staff friendly and not too pushy ( except Adam from spa - good salesman but annoying sometimes ) Foam party great but should be more kids entertainment overall.

Great hotel, good food, beautiful beach with access to the reef, worth seeing once you're there. The hotel is clean with lots of plants around. The best professional and nice animators. Always well-prepared shows and attractions during the day and into the evening. I recommend this place.
