The location and breakfast of the place is fantastic! Very good value for the money

I had a very bad experience with the air conditioning in the room. The first morning we woke up to find the entire room flooded, which ended up damaging my laptop that was in a backpack on the floor.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but the service was wonderful.

Incredible hotel, fluffy bed, fragrant room, breakfast with a lot of diversity. Hotel is close to everything!

I found the hotel to be well located, although it wasn't very close to the beach. The hotel service was very bad. They put us in a room on the 1st floor with a window to a well of light. Hotel with 3 elevators and only 1 working. I spent more than 15 minutes trying to get down with my bags in the elevator. I went down to reception to ask the employee for help, but to no avail. In Rio de Janeiro, all the sockets are 110V and they installed a 220V socket, they did not lend iron, forcing you to hire a laundry service. Let's be realistic, the clothes in the suitcase get wrinkled and all the irons sold in stores were 110V and the socket was 220V, without any logic. Practically forcing us to hire a laundry service to iron our clothes, which wasn't cheap. I really wasn't one to complain about this kind of thing, but I found the service to be very bad, really bad!

Terrible maintenance broken intercom, it was exchanged for another one and they left the broken one on the side, air conditioning wetting the whole room, a waterfall on top of the suitcases, we were asked to fix it and the technician came and tidied it up and left everything in the room dirty and leaking in the same way !! The apartment was cleaned at 7:00 pm after requesting it twice!! Dirty face towel!! A trash

Well located hotel, perfect service

Very good breakfast and close to the beach in a fairly safe area.

The hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in the heart of Copacabana, excellent cleanliness and attention from the staff, but also a very good breakfast. The only problem we had was one day when the power went out for a while at night , and that other days some elevators did not work due to mechanical damage. However, I have no complaints, as I said before, everything is excellent.

The hotel is very well located both close to Copacabana beach and also to the Siguera Campos metro station. I advise you to take a superior double room. We have stayed at this hotel twice: - once in a standard double room which was really tiny and whose view overlooked a wall, not great! - once in a superior double room which was much more spacious with the added bonus of a view of the Corcovado (maybe we were lucky :)) The breakfast is in the form of very well stocked buffets: cakes of all kinds, delicious fruit cut into pieces, scrambled eggs, bacon, quiche and some Brazilian specialties (small salted baths) The roof-top is pleasant with the possibility of having a drink or having something to eat. There is also a swimming pool where it is possible to do a few lengths and deckchairs all around. I recommend this hotel in a superior double room for a stay in Rio.

It was worth the experience, close to everything, I highly recommend this hotel.
