Very accommodating, requested a bath instead of shower, it may be half size tub. King size bed a little uncomfortable as its two singles put together and maybe required thicker mattress protectors?

Just like ALL hotels in Rome, super unjustifiable prices for a room that shouldn't be for human use. The room felt unclean, tiny, uncomfortable stay.

I booked a double room and they gave me a single room. No customer service, very unprofessional.

Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff

Great location. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, boutiques - all within walking distance. Metro is 5-7 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants nearby where you can have dinner and breakfast. I do not recommend breakfast at the hotel. Expensive and inedible. The room is small but cozy. I had to buy shampoo, since there was only shower gel in the room. But these little things did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

The location is very good. You can take the subway or shuttle from the airport to Termini train station, then follow the map to take bus 71, get off and walk 700 meters to the hotel. It is very convenient to go to attractions, shopping, and Chinese restaurants around

The hotel is in a good location and not far from various attractions, but the hotel as a whole is very disappointing. After checking in, I found that the toilet sewer was blocked. They repaired it for a long time but they didn't change the room. The most unacceptable thing is that the hotel has no quilts, only yellow-looking blankets. According to the front desk, they clean them every time. If you feel cold, you can only ask for an extra blanket

The shower water pressure is OK, and the air conditioner is OK! No quilt, only a sheet, blanket! The bed felt dirty and the little ones with delicate skin would feel itchy all over!
