This should be a two star maximum hotel, three is way too generous. We had either a leaky fridge or pipe under the carpet. There was a big wet spot on the floor in front of the fridge. The rooms are in rough shape, needing a new coat of paint and bathroom desperately needs new fixtures. I hate the zoom style check in. Feels cold and distant, not welcoming at all. The location is amazing for proximity to valley fair/Santa Row. We walked the .5-.75 at midnight and never felt unsafe. The lounge areas were nice with lots of seating. This hotel was slightly creepy. Only one side of the hall had rooms. The other side was all marked “private”, what’s in there? There were weird holes in the walls in the room and wires coming out in other places. If you’re not going to be in your room much it’s fine, but it didn’t live up to expectations.

Room is big and modern which was about the only good thing. Virtual kiosk check in is weird but worked. Shower had no hot water. There was a knocking sound coming from somewhere that I could never figure out. On my last night the door keypad didn’t work and had to find someone to change the battery. Breakfast was small but okay. Don’t think I would book again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past. My current booking had to be moved because my scheduled surgery was pushed out due to surgeon being ill. Since I had prepaid the two days, there was no way to modify the booking so I basically airballed over $500. Need to think about not prepaying in the future or booking somewhere that is not such a risk.

Absolute worst customer service and hotel layout is horrible. Incredibly small rooms. Customer service is outsourced to another country. I tried asking for help on a reservation. They would not budge and just referred back to”company policy”. Do not expect to get any leeway with this company. Do not except anything above 1-star service.

The check in process was easy and quick. The virtual concierge was pleasant and helpful. The common areas were updated and clean. The hallway on the 3rd floor was very warm. There is a fantastic taco truck across the street that I recommend highly, but it played music til after midnight. The room had several issues. The shower barely worked and was either super hot or very cold and took a min to get to either. The shower head lit up sometimes but the exposed wires made me nervous as I attempted to shower. The jetted tub needs to be cleaned more throughly as a nasty film appeared as it filled. Not being able to bathe was very annoying. There was painted over mold on the ceiling and all along the top of one wall from the restroom the texture was weird and seems like there was water damage under. The toilet paper holder was barely installed so it fell off into the garbage can every time. The virtual concierge told me the waters in the room were complimentary but I had a charge on my card after we left and those were the only things we consumed. The street was very,very loud and you hear every car and truck go by all night long. I recommend ear plugs to get any sleep. The breakfast had a lot of choices for food and beverages and the area was clean and spacious.

Fascinating - check in was virtual on a screen with a person in Columbia. But efficient, polite and to the point. Apparently under new ownership, is being refurbished. Good breakfast, coffee and tea available 24/7, very polite service staff. Small fitness room available.

I stayed during the end of Sept and my expectations were exceeded. Check in and check out are virtually contactless and I felt safe staying here by myself. The rooms were well kept upon arriving. The showers were spacious and hygienic. There's vending machines in the hallway that were convenient. All in all, I would recommend this place to a friend and I would for sure stay here again.

Everything was so clean and I really liked the design of out room it was so cozy and modern Self checkin and self checkout was awesome I thought I’m gonna have a lot of problems but everything was so easy and smooth

Excellent stay. The room was clean, modern and tidy. Location is in a safe area right off the freeway. Very close to Santana Row / Valley fair, 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We had a great experience at the Mojo Dojo Kasa Hotel. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The room itself was large, comfortable, and clean. One thing I really appreciated that I have not seen from other hotels was enough coffee pods for the whole stay! Plus multiple tea options.

Excellent experience and price! Will stay again. Check in experience was easy to follow and all instructions were sent to my phone. Great spot, towels and amenities within room were up to my expectations.

Our stay was a good experience. Would definitely come again near SAP center and mall. Very easy check in/out. Its virtual check in and check out. Dont deal with people and its very easy and convenient. Everything is online

I liked checking in & out remotely, only a number code needed for both the building and the room. Parking was easy to register. Felt safe. Nobody bothered us, quiet, except for road noise if leaving the window open. Had a bit of a retro vibe. We were visiting the area for medical reasons, but this seemed like a great place for business and pleasure, there is a small lounge with a wine fridge and a bar you could entertain guests with. The laundry is free and worked great. Small gym next to laundry was nice for a quick routine. The shower was excellent, room had a mini microwave and fridge, and a desk. I worked remotely on the third floor where there is tables to set up laptop. Wifi available. Comfortable and a good location, only a few minutes from downtown San Jose. Good taco trucks near by. I can tell this is a well managed property,. Keep up the great work team! Mahalo for the perfect stay.
