Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection

Exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel and you could feel that you’re being treated as a vip guest in this hotel by most staff. We were early before the check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out. We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥 The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳 Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration. We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

It has a swimming pool and fitness and arrived a little late, and the front desk service was good. Breakfast was also a buffet. I went to check out early and went to check my luggage late after checking out as a tour schedule. The rooms were clean and clean.

Great stay in Sapa, good service, nice location with lovely view & near good restaurants. Spacious room, comfy bed but we were unlucky to get room 401 which the view was partial blocked by other building. For those arrived early by train like us, hotel can keep our luggages & offer shower before check-in. Overall, we had a good stay.

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

I reserved the Signature Bungalow. I was expecting a view from the bathtub, but in the first room I got, the bathtub was directly visible from the front garden. The newly assigned room had no view from the bathtub and was completely different from the photo provided by Trip.com. It's a nice place worth staying again, but I don't think there's any reason to pay extra for a signature bungalow.
Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

Our recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing. We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight. Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs. Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking. To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.
