Well located in the Scottsdale area with reasonable pricing. Had a great experience staying here for a few nights. The room was clean and the staff were nice, recommend it!

I was going to give this place a one however the last day a Manager came to my room and apologized for everything and was very pleasant. As soon as I walked in and said Hi I have a reservation the lady at the front desk said, ”ID!” Nothing else, just ”ID” No smile or welcome or anything. I gave her my ID and she gave me a key. The shower did not work.At 3:00, I asked the same lady for help and she says, ”I'm sorry, our maintenance man has left for the day.  I'll send him over tomorrow morning at 6:00 am”.  I said what about another room?” Nope, sold out!”  then turned away and walked back into the back room.Next, There was no microwave in the room so I walked back again and said don't all rooms have a microwave?  Yes. Not in mine.Oh! Ill get someone to take a look.I said ok and walked back to the room, key did not work.Walked back to the front, she did not say a word, reprogrammed the key. 7:30 pm, walked back because still no microwave, new guy up front and said I will get me a microwave in the next ten minutes.  Guess what? Nothing. Went out to eat, back at 9:00, another guy, very helpful but when he looked up my room, he said, you are not supposed to be here.  ???? He said there is no reservation of me being here at the hotel so he cannot help me. after showing him my reservation, he Walked over himself and gave me a microwave and opened the door for me.  Closed the door, my key didnt work, again. He fixed it so the key worked but it happened again the next morning. Good area tho  

Rebecca Roberts the customer service representative of the North Scottsdale location, made my stay when she went above and beyond to solve my issue in just a matter of minutes! Thank you Rebecca, and thanks Extended Stay America for providing me with an excellent weekend of hospitality!

Fantastic place and great staff  nice location, good customer service, can't wait for next year's reunion, we will make this our choice hotel , very clean room and great snack for breakfast and Ryan was so great with our family issue! See you next may
