Overall pleasant stay in this hotel, subway in B1 and GS is in level 1. Location is good, many eatery nearby.

The hotel is in a great location. If you use the airport limousine bus to reach the city, you disembark 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The hotel is sitting on top of a subway station. There is a 24 hr minimart and Starbucks on the first floor. The bedroom I booked was roomy   My luggage was not in the way. The linens are clean. Bed is comfortable. Kitchenette & washing machine are great. The water pressure & temp is great. The only 2 complaints, are the refrigerator needs to be thoroughly disinfected. It looked clean but it smelled awful and stunk up the room when  opened. The shower cell grout is really moldy. Its needs to be cleaned because it manes an otherwise nice room scummy. I would stay here again and plan to stay here on my next trip to Seoul. I used room. 1707. Oh yeah, they heat the floor to warm the room and I couldn’t get my floors to work without help. Luckily the rooms are not drafty, and it stayed around 25 until help arrived.

BEWARE!!!! If you read the reviews here and other platforms, many will tell you the 2 slow lifts are a big issue /problem during checkout time. There are 500++ rooms in the building (20 floors). Lifts are small and slow. Hotel should allow flexible check-out so that all the guests are not using the 2 slow lifts at the same. Checkout should be spread over 2 hrs : 11am to 1pm. I don’t understand why other guests said the breakfast is nice. Better to save money and eat at many cafes in Korea. I will find another hotel nearby which has many other hotels as I don’t want to have the lift problem.  Other items are what one will expect : clean room, easy self check-in, basic items in room, bed, pillow, toilet, ….

There are only 2 good things about this hotel. First is definitely the location. It is literally above the mrt station and super convenient to go anywhere. 2nd is that there is washing machine and dryer in the room, so you can bring lesser clothes since yiu can wash and dry everyday which is really convenient. However, there are many downsides to this hotel that i have to comment. 1. Room is super tiny, i think it is good for max 3 pax. 2. Housekeeping is really not like your typical hotels elsewhere. I stayed for 8 nights, besides changing towels daily, bedsheets every 2 nights, daily top up of water, tissues and toilet rolls, there is no cleaning of toilet and vacumming of floor. I literally have to clear the hair in bathroom and wipe up the floor myself everyday because it is super dusty. 3. Check in is strictly at 3pm even though the room is ready. Not even at 245pm, so its abit ridiculous. Lol. Overall, i can still close one eye for the downsides of this hotel for the 2 good points only if i am travelling with my little family of 3.

This place was so welcoming and great easy self check in and out. It has a kitchenette and the view from our room was amazing! Super high tech and up to date remotes, tech, and having the washing machine was so helpful! The station was literally below the hotel apartments :)

Room is clean and looks new. As now is winter, the heater works and make the stay comfortable. They also provides mini kitchen that you can do simple cooking and microwave as well. The washing machine is helpful too, don’t forget to bring your own detergent. 1 Station from myeongdong, but you can walk too.

Check in was really smooth. Possibility to store luggage before check in and free umbrellas available to pick up and return. Direct access to the hotel from the train station and very well located in Seoul. Easy reachable to the tourist spots and close to Myeongdong. Clean rooom. Amenities were good and kitchen tools were sufficient. So great that everyday they provide you with two small bottles of water. We will definitely repeat if coming again to Seoul!

Extremely convenient location; it’s right next to Chungmuro Subway Station (take exit 5). In fact, there is an underground passage from the hotel that takes you straight to the subway. Hotel room size is perfect for two pax as well - very cosy and comfortable. My only gripe is probably the lack of hooks / racks in the bathroom for the hanging of clothes. Note that housekeeping service is only available every alternate day (although they do provide fresh towels every day and throw out the trash too, so I don’t know what’s the diff honestly). For those looking to take the limo bus, the reception will inform you that the pickup is at Tmark hotel, but it isn’t (the hotel has closed down). See images of the nearest pickup point that’s about 200m down from the hotel.

Best hotel for longer stays. Always pretty clean and roomservice is good!

Hotel/accomodation is in a very good location. Chungmuro subway station is just beside. There’s a convenience store downstair. Airport bus 6015 from the airport stop at G3 hotel, which is just beside. There’s a bus 01A opposite the hotel, that goes to N Seoul Tower. Washer and dryer in the room is a bonus.

I booked this hotel last minute and didn't research that well before booking here, but I'm glad I did because it was worth it. I struggled checking on at the kiosks machine but easily solved by going downing to B2 where the staff are waiting to help guests. Myeongdong is also just a 10 minute walk if you would like to check out the neighborhood and get some last minute shopping done.

This is my second time stayed in Myeongdong homes stay. Not disappointed. Very comfortable. Super easy to access . The room very comfortable too. will definitely come again

Super good location, literally at the train station by itself. Place was new and clean. Only issue will be the slow elevators, which take a million years to come and when it does, it’s a full lift as everyone is facing the same issue. They also

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Homes at Myeongdong. The location is away from the busy Myeongdong shopping street, so the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. It was easy to take the train and bus to get anywhere. The room size was just nice for a solo traveller. The bed was comfortable, and there’s a washing machine available, plus you can prepare simple meals as well. I just wish there were English translations for the television and remote controls. Other than that, everything else was great! Thankyou for the amazing stay 😊
