Capsule Transit Sleep Lounge KLIA T1 - Landside Reviews

The capsules hotel is only suitable for those who wish just a few hours. No toilet inside needs to use public toilet. For me, stay overnight, really not convenient. It was very noisy at midnight, and I could hear snoring sounds beside my 2 neighbours left & right.

The best option if u are on transit and sleep only...u need to go out for the restroom and even to shower u need to go on another level...so i think it is nice if they can provide on restroom and shower to be more convenient in the future...even the locker itself located outside the room 😅😅

An option to sleep tansit at KLIA, located at KLIA 1 near domestic departure gate, overall the place is just for sleep over night while transit, compact area with comfort bed and ventilation, unfortunately no bathroom, not able to bath, no toilet as well, but is ok as can use public toilet in KLIA which just nearby. Provided with tooth brush, tooth paste, drinking water and eyes cover.

Nice room, perfect for a short stay or transit. It was clean and tidy.

Very good and comfortable stay suite for earlier flights/transfer airport. There is no need to wait overnight at outside. At least have a proper place to take a very good rest. Near the Departure hall only. Front desk staff is very polite and friendly. Will stay again for the next trip when needed. Thanks for the hospitality.

Check in process took quite a while as the reception staff asked for QR code which was not provided by trip.com but only check in voucher. The other inconvenience was the locker access door difficult to open, only the staff can open it with also took some time which is not user friendly.

Good location. Suitable for those who need to catch early morning flight. No shower.

Very small capsule and have to use public toilets. Not worth the price.

The divider/wall is too thin, can hear the noice/ voice next door. Difficult to sleep without interruption.

They don’t provide shower and trip.com not mentioned it. That’s so disappointed.
