Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge. Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it! First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Good hotel. The kids liked the slides. The food is a solid 4.

Very nice experience,staff are amazing.room is very clean and nice. Mohamed salah (cleaner) was amazing cleans the room very good and goes out his own way to have what you want,takes care and adds additional things such as towel animals and curtain bows.

We stayed here in a family group. The rooms were good,two double beds in the room. Air conditioning which was needed when it was 43°outside! Plenty of pools including a water park. Evening entertainment was okay. Usual activities in the main pool, water Polo, foam party,loud music. The towel guy round the pool was excellent. We stayed all inclusive and the food was good. Plenty of choice. Drinks were okay. We had a lovely trip on the boat, snorkeling and to see the fish was beautiful. We went to the White island etc. This was organised by the guy in the hotel. Staff in the hotel were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visited this hotel in September and stayed there for 2 weeks. First impressions of the entrance, reception and security of the hotel were very good. It was fresh and clean. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel rooms themselves were large and spacious. However, the bathrooms need a little deeper cleaning on the floor and shower. The sheets on the bed were a bit worn and you can see they are overused. When we pointed this out to the staff, they were very quick to replace them, which was very good and kind of them. Daily cleaning was good. He who cleaned our room was very good and every day we got funny towel figures on the bed and flowers in the room. Whatever we needed they helped us with it. The service at the hotel was really great. We had all inclusive. But it wasn't that good. The food was usually tasteless, but you could always find something to eat anyway. It would have been good if they could offer other snacks and food all the time instead of during limited hours. Would need more range of drinks at the pool bar and generally just more food and sweets to offer at the pool during all hours. There was always plenty of activity and fun to do during the days at the pool. The hotel had 2 private beaches that you could book and go to with bus. We only visited one of them and it was a good beach with clear and good water. Anyway apart from the small negative things everything else was good.

We had read many mixed reviews before we arrived but decided that we would make up our own minds. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were excited to hear that we had been upgraded to a supposedly better room. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned as we were escorted to a room that left much to be desired. The ground floor room overlooking the pool had a faulty sliding door that didn't lock, a non-functional phone, and was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. Despite multiple attempts to have these issues resolved, the maintenance was slow and unsatisfactory. Throughout our 9-night stay, the room was never properly cleaned, and basic amenities like towels and toilet paper were often lacking. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with floating plastic cups in the pool and a bed that fell apart in the middle of the night. While some guests may have had a better experience, our stay was marred by poor maintenance and cleanliness standards. The only good thing about this hotel are the staff. They work really hard, especially George who kept us topped up with drinks and always a smile. Although we enjoyed Sharm El Sheikh as a destination, our experience at this particular hotel will ensure we never book here again.

This man George was amazing.. We missed you when u left for Ur 2 week holiday just was not the same without you!!! Drinks all day long... Thank you for everything!!! You were the BEST by far!!!!❤️ Made many family's holiday the best. Housekeeper was the best one.. suite side. Room always spotless and endless towel decorating left on bed.

Just returned from a week all inclusive at this hotel and was very sad to leave. The experience at the hotel was made extra special by the wonderful people working there. The hotel has everything you need and so much more than you knew you needed. Would like to say special thanks to Chef Ayman who along with the executive chef Ahmed created the most amazing food every day. Even catered for my husband when he was under the weather and made him chicken soup! The waiting staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to SHhab, Mostafa, Abdallah, Khalid and Mohammed the manager. You are all so attentive and helpful. Extra special thanks to Ramy who cleaned the restaurant every evening at meal times in Pharaoh restaurant. He has a wonderful smile and friendly demeanor. Bass at the main bar… thank you for the cocktails and the lemon tea! And finally to the pool and a big thank you to Vito and Ashraf. Vito you are a huge inspiration and have boundless energy. You are a lovely man and a credit to the hotel and without Ashraf we would have been thirsty! He constantly kept us in supply of any drink we required. All in all I have absolutely nothing negative to say on this hotel. I was so sad to leave and I have never ever felt this way leaving a hotel after a weeks holiday. The friends I have made with live with me forever. I can’t wait to return here as soon as possible.

I stayed here in august 2024 with my mum, sister and her son. We came for 2 weeks. Gerges from the pool bar and abdalla from waves bar made our stay amazing. They are the most friendly. helpful staff there. Always got a smile on their face, making sure we are ok and never without a drink. They work so hard and always smiling. We have made 2 great friends. We were gutted when gerges went on his vacation the pool side wasnt the same without him. Sad to say goodbye to gerges and abdalla..Vito from the entertainment team is brilliant too he is friendly happy and always makes you feel part of it all. I would come again,

What an amazing experience Really one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in Egypt amazing people everywhere always smiling and saying good morning i believe they are animation team big shout for all of them Hotel was amazing because of the people there they work so hard trying to make u happy Food is very good Drinks also is amazing Mangers there are very professional and always want to help Big shout for kids club we always leave out kids there and they are always happy I want to mention Kerolse Beshoy and Bahaa from bars Mostafa and Mahmoud from restaurant Mohammed and Nehad from HK Sayed and mohamed life guards Emily, Veto, Jana, Sofia, Merey,Naz , Diana And Ziad They made our vacation the best Definitely will come back to this amazing hotel

Well what a fantastic holiday, No it’s not a five star but we found the rooms very large with two queen size beds and clean although a little dated but more than adequate for sleeping and showering in. Pool areas are clean and tidy with the best bar staff just to name a couple Ashraf and Gerges we never left you with out a drink. Meal times were a little hectic but always found something to eat the Italian was lovely and we did eat out a few times, George in the restaurant was very helpful and got us drinks straight away. Reception staff were very helpful and if you spoke to them with respect you got respect back, all the bar staff were lovely and the entertainment staff were great Veto and kristina to name just a few please ignore bad reviews and make your own minds up
