We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heritage Collection- Chinatown! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the digital concierge went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were so easy to communicate with. Huge shout out to Carms, Mary and Maica for always checking out if we need anything. 10⭐️ Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. Don’t expect a huge room/space since I think this is the standard budget hotel in SG. But for us it was more than what we expected. Read the details of the hotel room before booking. It was great for its price considering hotels in singapore are expensive. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and MRT which is a huge plus. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for convenience and comfort. We will definitely be returning in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good experience! The staff are responsive and helpful. Clean, auto check in, digital key, all basic daily supplies are provided. Simple but helpful. A place could stay for a long period.

It was really a good experience staying at Heritage Collection on Chinatown. The room is cosy and clean. The team, Maica, Mary and Lily, welcomed me with their sincere service and hospitality. Special thanks to Lily who offered me a plastic bag and helped me to keep my clothes from the dryer.

Very central and convenient location in Chinatown! Easy to walk to places and good food and coffee around :) Space is small but tidy and has everything you need. Mary, Maica, and Carms were very friendly and helpful and always there when we had a question! Would recommend :)

I love how convenient the location is and that the online self check in is seamless. Takes away the hassle and makes checking in and checking out easy and fuss free. Maica mary and Lily had been super responsive with texts and so helpful with the questions that I’ve asked to make sure that I am comfortable during my stay

The hotel is located in a very nice area. Mary, Maica and Lily were very helpful with everything I needed. They made my check in and check out experience very smooth. The room was well equipped but a bit small. Highly recommended

The hotel located on China town and very close to subway station around 2 mins walk. The room is clean and have necessary accommodations such as hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, utensils, universal adapter and etc. You also can do laundry for free. Their staffs Kalvin and Mary were so nice, polite and very helpful. If you have the chance to visit Singapore this is the great place to stay. 😉

This aparthotel is great. It’s very clean and modern. The location is great. I loved the room I booked into so much I booked for another night. The rooms come with kitchen utensils, an iron and board. Overall my stay at the Heritage on Chinatown was amazing.

Perfect location, near to mrt. Apartment bigger than I thought. Clean and spacious. Has everything you need! Has washing machine and dryer, powder also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage after checking out. Just a bit noisy, we were hearing everything from the other room next to ours.

Great location. Only 20 mins walk to Marina Bay. Really good amenities including a fridge in room and use of the communal washing machine for free with powder provided. Would definitely return!
