Close to restaurant zone (about 10 minutes walk), large and clean room. But there is no elevator

What Could we say? 3 stars?!! WE IS JUST A MOTEL OR 1 STAR ! The moment we entered the room it is smelly , and goovy. The room is really small, and old. We are on ground floor , very noisy

System was down when I arrived. I didn’t complain but waited patiently for about 30 minutes. Check in was
easy and pleasant. They upgraded me to a suite and it was nice
