Room OK. Staff... none! Good location, easy to find with a browser. It would be better if the message with the code was sent beforehand. And they gave a WhatsApp number, or a way to contact us for foreigners who don't have a line. On the trip.com page, they could indicate that there is no staff physically. A room could be set up inside to leave backpacks until check-in time. There really wasn't anything missing from the backpacks... but... I didn't leave very calm. For the rest... a normal hostel.

There is no receptionist and you have to check in by yourself. You will receive a PIN code by email. I didn't know the code and canceled, but my cancellation request was rejected and I received an email with the check-in instructions after I applied. What a joke. I don't recommend this place.

It was my first time to stay in a backpacker hostel and I was a bit disappointed because it was a bit expensive and there were no windows or TV. However, the location is in a quiet alley in the city. It is very close to Tainan Railway Station and can be reached in a short walk. The functionality is very good! I was a little angry because I couldn't open the door for the first time, and the combination lock couldn't be opened no matter how hard I pressed it. I was finally saved when my living partner came back! The bed was great! Others - OK.

The B&B is in a remote location, at the end of a small alley, and there are no street signs or signs on the street or at the entrance of the alley. I have used two navigation systems to look for it, and it took more than 20 minutes to find it!

I stayed in a semi-basement room for 2 nights, but the ventilation was poor and there was no cleaning. I entered at 16 o'clock on the first day, but I could not enter for 30 minutes. It was the worst accommodation.

The washbasin is so small that it will leak water from the place where the tape is pasted. As long as you wash your face, your feet must be wet💦 The mattress is super soft, it's really not ok, and the sound insulation is average. I don't know if it's the heating or some kind of machine that makes the sound all the time.
