We booked a room with two beds. We sent a message to the hotel via the Trip.com app, which they never answered. We also sent an email directly to the hotel, which they never answered either. The rooms with two beds are smaller than the rooms with one bed. When we arrived, the room we were given had two beds pushed together with one sheet. They had to send someone to separate them and make the beds each with their own sheets. There are two chairs in the room, but neither has armrests, which makes them not very comfortable. The mattresses are not very comfortable. They put a mattress on top of the mattress, which makes it too soft and hot, and we had to remove them to be able to sleep better. They have TV channels, especially news. Nothing in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. The breakfast is good, although for long stays it is always the same. There are two types of hot dishes, one with scrambled eggs, one with bacon and one with some type of vegetable (this one changes daily). There is a buffet of breads, two types of cereals, jams and honeycomb. Various fruits, hazelnuts, fresh cheeses, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, skimmed milk and almond milk. A coffee and cappuccino machine and some tea bags. You can also order eggs to taste. The gluten-free bread is terrible, it consists of a tasteless roll that falls apart when you cut it and the other option is round rice cakes that are not packaged and are no longer crispy, but rather "gummy" because they are left unwrapped. Luckily we brought our gluten-free bread, since they never answered the email we sent or the message on the app asking if they had gluten-free options. The gym is small. It is fine for aerobic exercises. It has few weights. The heaviest is the 20-pound one and is located in the basement. On the top floor there is a terrace where you can see a nice view of the old part of the city. The entrance to the hotel is unpaved, I think they are repairing the road. When you leave it is a 5 minute walk to the thermal baths, 10 minutes to the cable car that takes you up to the castle and about 20 minutes to the clock tower. Going by "bolt" is a very good option to get around the city. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are friendly. The security staff are always serious, as if they were angry, they never smile.

The hotel is right at the entrance of the old city, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The skybar on the top floor has a great view. The internet-famous steak on the first floor is really expensive and unpalatable. The service staff has a very good attitude and arranged the room we needed. And the room is really big. We also contacted the hotel to charter a car to Kazbek. Recommended to stay, overall very satisfied!

This hotel is at least a chain brand in Tbilisi, which is pretty good. You can park your car at the door. It depends on luck whether there is a parking space. Generally speaking, there is one. The room is just like this, relatively clean, and meets expectations. The breakfast is a pleasant surprise, with rich varieties and you can taste local specialties.

The location is very good, next to the sulfur bath hot spring street. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the cable car leading to the Mother Statue and the Peace Bridge. The air conditioning is very powerful. I went there during the New Year's Eve and the room was very warm. The breakfast was also good, the front desk was also very friendly, and checkin and checkout were very fast. It's a pity that the terrace bar was closed on New Year's Eve. If it was open, you can enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks on the rooftop of the hotel. It's a pity.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the attractions and the airport, very close to the sulfur baths, and only a four or five minute walk to the baths. The service is very good, the breakfast buffet is open until 10.30 or 11 o'clock, and there is also breakfast for those who get up late. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Old Town of Tbilisi. You can walk a few hundred meters to feel the old town style, and you can walk 100 meters to the sulfur baths. It is really convenient for travel; the room is large and the bedding is comfortable to sleep on. It's very comfortable, and the TV menu is in Chinese; the breakfast selection is good, and there's a restaurant bar on the rooftop, which is open until 2 o'clock. If you're tired, you can go upstairs for a drink. Considering the location, price and service, it is overall a good choice for traveling to Tbilisi.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance from the main attractions. It is located by the Kula River, with the mountains of the old city in the background. It is very comfortable. The staff are also very enthusiastic and professional. It is worth staying.
