Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told "nothing they can do" and "it's trip's fault" that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Comfortable stay in a useful location. All members of staff were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. Little noise from the corridor, though there was an echo down from the bathroom above, so we could hear the gentleman in the room above whenever he used the loo. Thought this was more amusing than annoying. Would stay again.

The environment is elegant and quiet, but it is a little far from the train station. Otherwise, I would choose to stay here next time I come to Telford. The overall feeling is not bad👍
