Excellent hotel and special mention to Justyna Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits. Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping. Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser. Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!

Location of the hotel was excellent. It is a short walk to Shinjuku station and there are plenty of food options nearby.

Courteous staffs !All they can speak good English and helpful. Good Breakfast and good location. Next door there's a Lawson convenient store and only minutes walk to Shinjuku station and shopping mall. Highly recommend it as a first stop hotel in Tokyo. 

The hotel was in very convenient location, near the bus station as well as intersections of train lines.

Recently did a one night stay here with my family. Our friends all booked the hotel beside this one but we decided to give this hotel a try instead due to good review from other travellers. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Asked for the highest floor with sunrise view as advised by other travellers but was given lower floor with fully blocked view. Asked the reception but was being told that it was the highest floor (we saw other travellers going above us and lift literally shows higher floors. We were being told that all views are blocked in this hotel and its impossible to see the sunrise. But saw neighbour's room with total unblocked views. The lady at recep lied straight to us...

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room is very clean and the front desk staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended

staff services is very good, particular they help to move the luggages to new reserved rooms after leaving 2 days

Very convenient hotel , close to shinjuku station and with lots of restaurants and shopping mall near by. Only short coming is the price on the high side ! Decent breakfast with lots food choices, but place for sitting is limited, if you want to enjoy the breakfast, better go early ! I will recommend this hotel to those with enough budget.

Very good location; yet the hotel room is older than expected. The toilet comes with smell when flushing, mirror with rust. Mould was found around the sink.

Room is clean and location is good, walking distance to train and bus. Convenient to get to Yokohama and Hakone from Shinjuku. Recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. It is convenient to travel to other place if you plan to visit the area near Tokyo.
