Poor facility, very far to the center, difficult to find Loca car, breakfast was horrible

Hotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use…  basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅

There is no separation of wet and dry in the bath. Bed sheets and towels are too old

Best hotel rooms, quiet and calm. Staff very nice and polite. Highly recommended..we loved this place and stayed for three days. Breakfast good enough. A bit far from town centre but ideally located. They eben upgraded our rooms. Superb and great.

On the last day, I returned to Vientiane. The hotel I booked on Ctrip had no comments before. The location is a bit biased and the hotel's hardware facilities look good. The entrance key lock is a bit complicated. We just had a blackout after just staying, and then let the hotel car send us to the city to play. At night, the car came to pick us up and went back to the hotel, feeling no other guests. The bath water is not hot. The pool is quite big, but it ends at 7:00 in the evening and the spa is very early. The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is a meal, but the food is quite full. The hotel staff is pretty pretty.

Advantages: good service attitude, good breakfast, large and simple room;
Disadvantages: the location is a bit remote and difficult to find; the air conditioner is not comfortable to blow on the bed, and it is easy to catch a cold; the door is not open well and needs to be reminded;
Suggestion: Add iconic lamps on the roof at night to make the whole stand out.
