The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it . Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

The hotel states that pets are not allowed. Other guests brought their pets to check in and the dogs barked at night, but no one cared. The hotel does not prohibit smoking inside, but some people smoke and the corridor is full of smoke. You can smell it even when you close the door and lie on the bed.

Location: Very close to the city center, with convenient transportation and convenient travel Environment: The lobby is spacious, bright, and clean. There is a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door, which is very pleasant! Service: The service is very good, and all kinds of problems can be solved very well. The staff at the front desk are attentive, polite, and will take the initiative to greet you. They always smile and feel very kind. They even helped me to delay the check-out time for free, which is awesome ! The landline in the room can directly dial the front desk phone to solve many problems for me. The room has free mineral water, independent wifi, the room is also very comfortable to live in, and the quality of sleep is very good. The breakfast is very rich, the wontons are delicious, there are all types, and the taste is very good. Parking: The hotel's parking lot is very large, it is a ground parking lot, it is free parking, and it is convenient to park. Highly recommend this hotel! worth a stay!

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

The room is large and you can put things anywhere. Then the hotel's service is very good, what do you need? If you want to talk to the front desk, there will be a small robot to send things ٩ (•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑) ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ When you leave, you also send a small persimmon hand-made, very cute. The room was quiet and there was no noise when sleeping. Downstairs is a Wanda, three kilometers away from Zhongshan Street. It is also three kilometers away from Chenyangzhai Line 3. If you play in Xi'an, you can consider living here. You can take Line 1 from Chen Yangzhai to Xi'an North Street, and then it is very close to the Bell and Drum Tower.

位置佳，有一個很大的停車場，自駕方便。衞生很好，床品舒服，電視機很大，智能馬桶。酒店裝修很大氣，時尚，4瓶礦泉水，還送了水果及冰箱裏的飲料。酒店每位工作人員不論是什麼崗位，見到客人都問聲好，給人很温暖。最想感謝的是前台一個帥小夥小賈，看到有長者又有許多行李，在沒有其他客人並前台還有二位工作人員的情況下，主動走過來幫助我們拿行李並送到房間，晚上我想去停車場看看（聽説從酒店那層樓可直接進停車場），想走一走摸摸路線，以免第二天早上拿許多行李若找不到會很麻煩，我又去前台詢問停車場怎麼走，前台幾位工作人員都很熱情告訴我怎麼走，但她們説不明白的人不好找，這時，又是小賈説帶我們走一趟，我為感謝他，給他100元小費，他沒有收，説這是他的工作，應該做的。為這樣的好員工點贊👍也為貴酒店能培養出這麼優秀的員工點贊！
